Khosla Ventures and Hawaiian Electric Join Hands for Green Technology

Khosla Ventures, venture firm of famous venture capitalist Vinod Khosla, has joined hands with Hawaiian Electric to promote Green Technologies. BioMass magazine, in web exclusive story, reports that with this aggreement .. companies will work with entrepreneurs and start-up companies developing clean technology with the goal of accelerating the commercialization of promising new products and services.

Nature of partnership is not fully defined and apparently this is structured as a MOU to explore common grounds. Khosla Ventures will share startup expertise and provide consulting services. Hawaiian Electric will get exposure to leading edge innovation and will provide industry validation for lab stage research.
