Nscale's Form S-1 says the initial Monarch phase is expected online by the first half of 2028 with 2 GW of gross power and 1.37 GW of IT load. This record exposes the IT-load quantity for analytics; it is the same phase as the 2 GW campus-power record and must not be added to gross campus capacity. It is planned capacity, not measured energized power. The filing says required financing for the Anthropic services agreements had no binding commitments as of September 18, 2026 and remained in process. It also describes best-efforts financing obligations and delivery-related termination rights. This is a dated disclosure, not proof of a later schedule change.
