Four-year NVIDIA DGX Cloud engagement within Yotta's Blackwell Ultra supercluster. April says NVIDIA is expected to account for roughly half the tranche offtake. The full 20,736 GPUs, host facility MW and over $2B build budget are not NVIDIA allocations or additional contract value. The April deployment completion target is September 30, 2026.
