Oracle / Oracle infrastructure financing, October 2026

Announced Oct 28, 2026 · Undisclosed · Up to US$20B of additional capital-market funding through FY30: currently expected to include US$10B equity and US$10B gross debt; excludes refinancing and is in addition to a completed US$20B ATM equity raise

Oracle plans to limit additional capital-market funding for its FY27-FY30 investment cycle to US$20B, currently expected as US$10B equity and US$10B gross debt. Oracle says this is in addition to the US$20B at-the-market equity raise completed in Q1 FY27 and excludes refinancing. It is a financing plan, not a project-level capital expenditure amount, customer compute agreement, or power-capacity figure. Do not add the funding amounts to deal-value, investment, or MW totals. Oracle expects capex to peak in FY27-FY28 and decline in FY29, but does not disclose a quantified capex total in this release.
