SK Horizon / SK Telecom / KKR / IMM Investment-Stonebridge: SK Horizon AI data-center portfolio campus, August 2026

Announced Aug 27, 2026 · 318 MW · KRW 3.08 trillion combined equity investment under a definitive agreement

SK Telecom plans to spin off its wholly owned SK Broadband data-center business into SK Horizon. A definitive agreement provides for KRW 3.08 trillion in combined equity investment from KKR-managed funds and the IMM Investment-Stonebridge consortium. SKT says SK Horizon's 318 MW portfolio figure includes eight operating data centers and new AIDCs under construction, including Ulsan and Guro. The source gives no site allocation or IT-load versus facility-power basis. The portfolio figure is not incremental capacity and may overlap group-level SK Hyper plans; it is excluded from capacity totals. The equity is financing, not project construction spend, and remains in native currency.
