Expansion separate from the earlier 5,120-GPU programme. April disclosure valued this project at approximately $2.8B; July 21 described Yotta 2 at approximately $2.5B without reconciling the difference. Gorilla's August 24 earnings call said Phase 2 equipment was being manufactured, with Yotta 1 and Yotta 2 Phase 1 targeted for completion by end-November. Its September 22 CEO interview scheduled B300 delivery to start in the first week of October in blocks of about 5,000 GPUs and said all Yotta deliveries were expected by year-end. The October start target has elapsed; no dated B300 delivery, installation, customer acceptance, service, or energization confirmation was found by November 3. The transcript says equipment requires setup and customer testing before billing. Gorilla's October 30 SEC filing reports an initial $25M financing close for previously announced data center projects; it does not assign proceeds to this Yotta tranche. Project value remains outside compute-purchase totals. No MW conversion is inferred from GPU count.
