CoreWeave compute deals

CoreWeave says most of the planned 22.5 MW of IT capacity at atNorth DEN01 was online on October 27, 2026. The exact online quantity and initial service date are not disclosed. This is a named IT-capacity project, not a utility measurement of energized power. CoreWeave's 1.5 GW active-power and 4.2 GW contracted-power figures are company-wide snapshots from June and August, respectively, and are not added to this site record.

Hardware: NVIDIA Blackwell systems

CoreWeave plans 240 MW of data-center capacity across three 80 MW buildings at AdaniConneX's Taloja campus. CoreWeave is the sole tenant and plans to deploy Vera Rubin systems. The source does not define the MW basis. The first phase is expected to be available in mid-2028; this is a planned availability target, not delivery or energization evidence. A further 240 MW is an expansion opportunity and is not included.

Initial leases cover 250 MW for approximately 15 years, with approximately $7B expected revenue. A separate 150 MW option was subsequently exercised, taking the campus to 400 MW under contract. The initial allocation is not the whole campus. Hosting revenue is excluded from compute purchase totals.
