Firmus and OpenAI announced a multi-year agreement for dedicated compute capacity at two Malaysian sites. They did not disclose the OpenAI MW allocation, contract value, or first-capacity date. Firmus's more-than-900 MW company-wide contracted-capacity figure includes multiple customers and is not assigned to this agreement.
