Vantage, OpenAI, and Oracle announced this Stargate site on October 22, 2025, with completion scheduled for 2028. Vantage's current campus page states 902 MW of critical IT load across four buildings. This is the full site figure, not an OpenAI or Oracle allocation; utility power requirements use a separate basis. The Wisconsin PSC revoked the first transmission application's completeness determination on September 10, 2026. The replacement application is docket 137-CE-229 and remains under review. Oracle's September 16 statement says its commitment to completion is unchanged but gives no first-service date. Construction completion is not a first-capacity target, and no energized-power evidence is recorded.
