Axe Compute / Duos Technologies: Multiple U.S. data center sites compute deal, August 2026

Duos signed service orders reserving up to 55 MW of total facility capacity for Axe Compute across multiple U.S. sites. Duos supplies the facilities, power, and colocation services; Axe brings and operates the compute equipment. Initial project readiness was targeted to begin in late 2026 and continue into early 2027, subject to construction, commissioning, testing, and Axe's written acceptance. The agreements are separate from the earlier 10 MW Georgia deployment. The reported hosting payments are retained as source text and excluded from compute-purchase and infrastructure-investment totals.
