Microsoft / Nscale / Start Campus: SINES Data Campus compute deal, May 2026

Nscale announced an agreement with Microsoft and Start Campus for 66,000+ Rubin GPUs starting in late 2027. The 200 MW figure is for a second campus building; the full campus is permitted for 1.2 GW. Neither site figure is an allocation to this Microsoft deployment. Nscale separately reported more than 12,600 Blackwell Ultra GPUs at the first building; those GPUs are not added to this expansion.
