RHAELM and JERA are developing the Chiba project; Dell contributes a standardized AI infrastructure model. The 400 MW figure is power capacity supporting the project, with no critical IT allocation or energized quantity disclosed. More than US$15B covers land, power infrastructure, facility construction and AI compute across all phases; it is project capital, not contract value. Apollo is a planned financing partner. The separate national framework and possible 2030s sites are not additional projects.
