Undisclosed buyer / Undisclosed California neocloud provider: Michigan Facility compute deal, June 2026

Announced Jun 24, 2026 · 20 MW · More than $1.2 billion in expected revenue over the maximum 20-year term; more than $3.0 billion only if the customer exercises expansion to 52 MW and both extension options

The June 24 MSA covers an initial 20 MW of critical AI compute capacity and gives the customer an option to expand to 52 MW. The September 17 update says operations are targeted to begin in November 2026 and that more than $70 million had been invested as of September 15; neither statement confirms delivery. The approximately 340 MW figure is total potential campus capacity, subject to power, infrastructure, financing, and regulatory approvals, and is not included here. Contract revenue is conditional on the maximum term and is not recorded as compute-purchase value or capital expenditure.

First-capacity target: November 2026 target in September 17 update; not yet confirmed operational
