MEEZA announced a long-term lease with an unnamed global hyperscaler for 8 MW of data centre services at an upcoming campus. MEEZA valued the agreement at more than QAR 1 billion. The customer, contract term, site name, delivery date, and IT-load versus facility-power basis are not disclosed. Keep its capacity and native-currency value out of aggregates. This is a separate announced contract, but the unnamed customer prevents overlap checks against the other MEEZA hyperscaler records.
